Thomas is a 1883 character, played by LaMonica Garrett. He is a Pinkerton Agent teaming up with Shea Brennan to guide a group along the Orgeon Trail.

Personal life[]
Thomas is a former slave who, at twelve years old, found his owner dead. He took his chance at freedom and took off. [1]
Love life[]
On the trail Thomas grew close with Noemi, a recently widowed woman that was travelling with the wagon train he led. [2] The two were soon inseperable and together with her sons the four of them completed the journey to Willamette Valley, Oregon. [3]

He was part of a "Buffalo Soldier" division. Afterwards he teamed up with Shea Brennan, the captain of his division.

Thomas and his former captain started working for the Pinkerton National Detective Agency, where they became Detectives and were eventually hired to lead a group of immigrants northward.
