Samantha Long is a Yellowstone character played by Morningstar Angeline. She is the wife of Robert Long and, together with their three sons, they live on the Broken Rock Indian Reservation, next door to Robert's sister Monica and her husband Kayce Dutton. She shot herself after Robert’s death. Monica later says that it was not suicide, but rather a way for her children to go live with her estranged parents as she could not afford to keep the kids.
