Mo (Yellowstone character)

Mo is a Yellowstone character played by Mo Brings Plenty. He is the driver and assistant of Thomas Rainwater. He stands at 6’2”

Personal life[]

Mo had a troubled youth. His mother was killed by two white men who offered her a ride when her car ran out of gas. He sat strapped in a car seat for three days before someone found him. ^[1]

Work[]

Mo is the driver and right hand man of Thomas Rainwater as well as a member of the Tribal Police.

Biography[]

When he was very young, his mother was murdered by a group of men after she was stranded on the road in need of fuel. She was offered a ride by those men only to be killed while Mo was strapped to his car seat for 3 days which was how long it took for someone to find him. Somewhere down the road he joined the Army where he learned various skills including long range shooting.

He worked for Thomas Rainwater as not only his driver and personal bodyguard, but also his Head of Security. Anytime the Duttons needed assistance from Rainwater, he would send Mo as backup. After the coordinated strike on the Duttons, Mo observed through the security cameras at the Painted Horse Casino of Checkers gambling money and rambling about how he orchestrated the hit. Mo had him detained, tortured, tied up and locked in his shed, then turned over to John Dutton.

Trivia[]

When "Yellowstone" ends with the forthcoming Season 5, Part 2, one fan-favorite character in particular will be sorely missed: Chief Rainwater's consigliere, Mo, played by Mo Brings Plenty. The character debuted in the 2018 pilot episode as the driver for Gil Birmingham's newly installed chief of the Broken Rock Reservation.
