James Tso, also known as Hoski, is a Dark Winds character, played by Jeremiah Bitsui. He is part of the Buffalo Society and its activities, together with his companion Frank Nakai. He also appears in the Leaphorn & Chee book series but this page is mainly based on the appearances he made in the TV series.

Family[]
James has a twin brother, Benjamin, but they grew up apart. Benjamin became a priest and James later posed as his broter for the benefit of his criminal activities.
Death[]
When things got out of hand and his criminal activities were discovered, James could no longer live with himself and committed suicide.
