Cowboys and Dreamers is the fifth episode of the third season of Yellowstone. It first aired on July 19, 2020.
Plot summary[]
In a flashback, teenager Beth asks for young Jaime's help. She is pregnant and needs to have an abortion. Jaime takes her to a facility, where he is told to go to the city, as an abortion operation at this facility would result in sterilization. Afraid that if they do this in the city the public would learn and family reputation would be damaged, he hides this information from Beth and directs her to have the operation anyway.
Jaime swears in as the Attorney General of Montana.
Kayce bends the rules to help a family in need; Rip and the boys get into a confrontation with two men from John's past.
